• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Payment and Refunds

All course fees are due upon enrollment. We offer the following refund policy:

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 20% of course content has been accessed
• No refunds after 14 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed
• Refunds processed within 30 business days

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, code samples, and documentation, are the property of ScriptlyDev or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials
• Distribute course materials to non-enrolled users
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or decompile any software
• Upload malicious code or viruses

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms without prior notice or liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScriptlyDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of UK without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
